International Shipping takes 6 - 10 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). We try our best to process orders the same day order is placed. Business days do not include Weekends, Sales, or US Holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will be processed, and shipped if possible, that following Monday. PLEASE READ To ensure a successful package delivery, please check that the address and e-mail address you enter is correct to prevent delays. If there are any issues, we will make 5 attempts to contact you. If no response, your order will be cancelled and money refunded. Shipping fees are non refundable. If any shipments are refused upon delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping cost plus the fee to return the package to us. The return fee will be deducted from your item(s) total to be refunded. If tracking states that the item is 'delivered' but you have not received the package you MUST contact United States Postal Services ( USPS ). Haute Addiction, LLC is not responsible for unreceived packages that states 'delivered'. We do not refund packages that were not received but states 'delivered'.

We only offer exchanges or store credit on unused products in the same condition that you receive them within 7 days. Tags must be attached with no signs of wear, odor, or alterations. If we determine that an item has been used, we will refuse and return back to you.
Two types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimsuits, bodysuits, accessories, and sale items.
To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if another size is needed. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, send us an email at CustomerService@HauteAddiction.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that is on the package that you received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking and/or shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your item. Haute Addiction, LLC is not responsible for lost items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Thank you for shopping with us!.

How long is processing and shipping?
We try to get all orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM CST shipped out same day. If an order is placed after 1PM CST, it will be shipped the following business day. We ship through USPS. All orders should be received within 2-3 business days domestic, 6-10 business days international.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes! You will be updated via email or text (whichever method you chose while checking out) once your order has shipped. You can also check on the site when logging in your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order is still processing it can be adjusted &/or cancelled. Contact us asap if there is an issue with your order via email.
