Why are runway shows so unrealistic? There is nothing about either of these outfits that I could ever wear in everyday life. These looks are from the Rodert Spring/Summer 2009 London Fashion Week. The shoes are even over the top and unwearable. I understand that designers make the shows more edgy and funky than it will be on the street, but still. The dress looks like a bunch of rags sewn together, as of he put no thought into the design of the dress, but rather threw it together. Same with the shirt and top. There is no tailoring or structure to enhance a female form. I don't like the asexual turn runway design has taken, nor do I like the asexual models they are propping up...Agnes Dean.
