This site is for fashionistas on a budget, offering shoppers the chance to rent dresses, tops, jackets and skirts for 90% off the retail price, plus $9.95 for shipping and a $10 dry cleaning fee. You get to keep the garment for a week and then mail it back. You have to register with the website to access what they have to offer, but it's free. This is great for when you have a big event and have to look fabulous but don't have alot of money to spend.
